No special requirements. Don’t worry, for a custom factory, we will collect a considerable number of high-quality works as free samples for customers’ reference.

● It is available to have phone calls or face-to-face meetings with us and you can see the production through video call.

Regular Order

● After order confirmed, we will prepare the material to make production.

● Raw Material Test→Confirmed color→Mixing Material→Injection→Casual Inspection→Install→Casual Inspection→100% Eyes Inspection→IPQC→FQC→Packing

Customized Order

After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.

● If customers have the drawing, we can make the mold according it.

● If customer have no drawing, but with sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer to make drawing.

The mold usually made by steel. We promise the mold can be used for 50000 times in 10 years. If there are some problems during the guarantee period, our company will pay for the repairs or remake.

After mold making, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok. Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and test the hardness and so on, to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.

After samples confirmed, we will start mass production.
