TECHNOLOGHY

Basic Process of Injection Molding:

The initial material for the manufacture of plastic containers is the granulate.these are small plastic pellets to which color is often added.they will be heated into viscous liquids----fused mass and then be injected into the cavity of mould through a muzzle in feeder pipe with high pressure of 25-80Mpa.they will go through cooling,concreting and then shedded from mould.

Plasticating-------injecting------cooling & concreting-----ejecting from mould
